Meet the author

Tashia Hart is a writer and artist from the Red Lake Nation in northern Minnesota.

Tashia created Rainy Bay Romance to bring joy and bolster the proclivity of the reader to dream happy endings into reality. Each story takes place in Rainy Bay, a fictional Anishinaabe nation where local townsfolk, trickster spirits and creatures of legend live together among the pristine forests and lakeshores of northern Minnesota. The titles in the series, although connected through place and characters, are standalone tales with a new take on what Rainy Bay has to offer. Some are slow burn contemporary love tales, while others are packed with action, sci-fi, or spooky themes.
